Parent Teacher Conferences

Henderson will be offering in-person conferences this year. We will again use the online program PTCFast.com for parent/teacher conference sign ups.  Sign-ups will begin on Wednesday, November 5th at 7:00 a.m. and end on Wednesday, November 19th at 3:00 p.m. when the site will be closed and removed from Henderson’s website.  Parents attempting to request a conference after 3:00 p.m. on November 19th must contact the teacher directly via email.

This site does not require a password.  The link for signing up for conferences will be posted on Henderson’s website at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5th.  It will not be available prior to this date.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONFERENCE SIGNUPS

  1. Go to Henderson’s Website and click on the Parent/Teacher conference link.
  2. Select the teachers with whom you would like to schedule conferences and click submit.  If you have more than one student who you want to schedule for you must register each student separately.
  3. Another page will appear where you will complete pertinent information.
  4. Click submit.
  5. You will then receive an email from PTCFast.com.
  6. Click on the link in this email to schedule times with the teachers you have chosen. 
  7. When finished click confirm selection at the bottom of the page and exit.

Volveremos a utilizar el programa en línea PTCFast.com para programar las conferencias de padres y maestros.  Podrán anotarse para las conferencias a partir del miércoles 5 de noviembre a las 7:00 a.m. Cerraremos el sitio el miércoles 19 de noviembre a las 3:00 p.m. y lo quitaremos de la página web de Henderson.  Los padres que intenten solicitar una conferencia después de las 3:00 p.m. el 19 de noviembre deberán ponerse en contacto directo con el profesor/a por correo electrónico.

Este sitio no requiere contraseña.  El enlace para inscribirse a las conferencias se publicará en el sitio web de Henderson a las 7:00 a.m. del miércoles 5 de noviembre.  No estará disponible antes de esta fecha.

Instrucciones para programar las conferencias

  1. Vaya al sitio web de Henderson y haga clic en el enlace de la conferencia de padres/maestros.
  2. Seleccione a los profesores con los que desea programar conferencias y haga clic en enviar.  Si tiene más de un estudiante, debe registrar a cada estudiante por separado.
  3. Aparecerá otra página donde completará la información pertinente.                                  
  4. Haga clic en enviar.
  5. A continuación, recibirá un correo electrónico de PTCFast.com.
  6. Haga clic en el enlace en este correo electrónico para proceder con la programación de horarios con los profesores que ha elegido. 
  7. Cuando termine, haga clic en confirmar selección en la parte inferior de la página y salga.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Henderson High School will offer parent/teacher conferences this year on Tuesday, November 25th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, November 26th from 8:00-11:00 a.m.   We are offering in-person conferences this year. Please contact your student’s teachers directly if you are interested in having a virtual conference instead.

The purpose of the upcoming conference period is to provide an opportunity for parents who have a concern to meet directly with their child’s teachers, counselor or administrator.  If you are unable to schedule a conference, please keep in mind that parents are always welcome to arrange a conference at any time during the year. 

Henderson will again use the online program PTCFast.com for parent/teacher conference sign-ups.  Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on November 5th through 3:00 p.m. November 19th parents can go to the PTCFast link located on Henderson’s website.  Instructions to help you navigate through the scheduling process are attached.  Please be sure to know the names of the teachers with whom you would like to conference prior to beginning the scheduling process.  You can access these names through the Power School Parent Portal.  Conferences are scheduled in fifteen-minute increments, each conference with one teacher at a time.

 PTCFast will offer you the opportunity to see and/or print your conference schedule.  You can sign up for your child’s teachers, each teacher at a different time, by selecting the teacher name, date, and time.  Be sure to confirm your choices before logging out.

Este año Henderson High School ofrecerá conferencias de padres y profesores el martes 25 de noviembre de 5:00 a 8:00 p.m. y el miércoles 26 de noviembre de 8:00 a 11:00 a.m.   Estamos ofreciendo conferencias en persona este año. Comuníquense directamente con los profesores de sus estudiantes si están interesados en tener una conferencia virtual.

El propósito del próximo período de conferencias es brindar una oportunidad para que los padres que tengan una inquietud se reúnan directamente con los profesores, consejeros o administradores de sus hijos.  Si no pueden programar una conferencia, tengan en cuenta que los padres siempre pueden organizar una conferencia en cualquier momento durante el año. 

Henderson volverá a utilizar el programa en línea PTCFast.com para programar las conferencias de padres y profesores.  A partir de las 7:00 a m. del 5 de noviembre y hasta las 3:00 p.m. del 19 de noviembre los padres pueden acceder al enlace PTCFast ubicado en el sitio web de Henderson.  Se adjuntan las instrucciones para ayudarlos a navegar el proceso para agendar una cita. Asegúrense de saber los nombres de los profesores con los que les gustaría reunirse antes de comenzar a agendar la cita.  Pueden acceder a estos nombres en el Portal para Padres de Power School.  Las conferencias se programan en incrementos de quince minutos, cada conferencia con un profesor a la vez.

PTCFast les ofrecerá la oportunidad de ver y/o imprimir los programas de sus conferencias.  Pueden programar una cita con los profesores de sus hijos, cada profesor en un horario diferente, seleccionando el nombre del profesor, la fecha y la hora.  Asegúrense de confirmar sus opciones antes de cerrar la sesión.
