Student Parking

A SENIOR student who has a valid driver’s license may register for parking on Thursday, July 30th at 8:00am using their WCASD email ONLY (outside email addresses will not be able to access).

If any parking spots are still available,

A JUNIOR student who has a valid driver’s license may register for parking on Wednesday, August 5th at 8:00am using their WCASD email ONLY (outside email addresses will not be able to access). 

Parking spots will be assigned by spot number again this year.  Spots will be given out in numerical order.  Students will not be allowed to request specific spots. 

All students will be prompted to upload their driver’s license, proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and the completed permission form / Formulario de permiso signed by both the student and the parent/guardian. Please review the parking and driving regulations with your student. Please note that the parking registration site will not be available to access before July 30^th for Seniors and before August 5^th for Juniors.

Payment Information

Payment of $70.00 may be made online at PaySchoolsCentral beginning Thursday, July 30^th for Seniors and Wednesday, August 5^th for Juniors or brought to the main office at HHS on or after August 17th.   We accept checks made out to WCASD or cash.  If paying with cash, please have the exact amount because we cannot make change.  Please make sure that you register for parking prior to making payment and any parking payments made online before July 30th will not be honored. Please do not attempt to purchase a parking pass for a student who does not yet have a valid driver’s license in an attempt to reserve a space.  We will not be able to honor any advance sales.

Students who have not returned or made payment on outstanding obligations will not be eligible to receive a parking pass. All obligations should be met prior to July 30^th.

All parking placards will be available to be picked up beginning on Monday, August 17^th through Thursday, August 20^th from 8am-10am & 12pm-2pm.
